How do I set my Sony Bravia HDTV to \”air\”?

I have Dish Network. I currently get my local channels through the satellite but would also like to get them “over the air”. Also, all 3 of the locals broadcast in HD part-time. How do I get free over-the-air HD. I can’t seem to get it and wonder if I should get someone from Bestbuy/Circuit City out to try?
